We build AI systems. Then we prove they’re safe.
Three pillars, bought separately or as one program. We modernize the legacy systems you already run, prove the result is secure, and place the engineers who own it afterward. The proving part is why organizations pick us. We assess what we build to the same standard we hold other vendors to.
Our services
The legacy systems we modernize
Phone systems
The oldest legacy system in most buildings. Answered, routed, and written into your calendar without a new handset.
Scheduling & booking
Appointments captured by an agent and created directly in the calendar you already run.
CRM
AI that reads and writes to the record instead of living in a silo beside it.
Helpdesk & ticketing
Triage, routing, and first-line response inside your existing queue.
Intake & forms
The paper-shaped process nobody has touched in a decade, turned into a conversation.
Document workflows
Extraction and routing for the documents currently moving by email attachment.
Dispatch & routing
Calls and jobs assigned in real time against real availability.
Back-office automation
The manual steps between two systems that somebody does by hand every morning.
Prove it
Every AI system your business runs, voice, chat, internal automations, or a model you built in-house, has a security and compliance posture. We assess it, audit it, and fix what we find, then keep monitoring it as your usage changes.
- AI Forward Deployment. Our engineers implement the fixes an assessment surfaces. Most firms hand you a PDF and leave.
- AI security assessments across every deployed model or agent, not a sample
- Algorithmic audits for bias, drift, and unintended behavior
- AI risk & compliance evaluation mapped to your industry’s requirements
- Responsible AI Assessment covering fairness, transparency, and data handling
AI Voice Agents
Human-grade conversation for the calls your team can’t get to, designed to handle real workflows, not just a phone menu.
- Answers on your existing number, so nothing changes for your callers
- Books directly into your calendar, so it completes the job rather than just the greeting
- Covers the hours you can’t staff: after-hours, lunch rush, overflow
Call Insights
See exactly what’s happening on every line, before and after Technoor picks up.
- Missed-call and booking reports
- Call-volume spikes flagged in real time
- Know your busiest hours ahead of time
Trained on Your Business
Every agent is trained on your menu, your services, your hours, not a generic script every competitor uses.
- Trained on your services, hours, and pricing, never a generic script
- Your data trains your deployment only, is never pooled across clients, and is not retained after delivery.
- Speaks your industry’s terminology and follows its workflows
Integration & Support
Plugging into how you already run your business, phone number, calendar, and booking system included.
- Onboarding run by the engineers who build it, not a support queue
- Plugs into the phone number, calendar, and booking system you already run
- Encrypted in transit, retained nowhere, and assessed under our own AI-SPM process
AI Chatbots
Not every customer wants to call. Our AI chatbots bring the same trained-on-your-business intelligence to your website, SMS, and messaging apps, so text-first customers get the same quality of service.
- Deployed on your website, SMS, or messaging apps
- Handles FAQs, bookings, and lead capture
- Escalates to a human exactly when it should
AI Agent Integration
Most businesses aren’t starting from zero: they already have a CRM, a scheduling tool, a helpdesk. We connect AI agents into what you’re already running instead of asking you to rip and replace.
- Connects to your existing CRM, scheduling, and helpdesk tools
- Custom workflow automation
- No-disruption rollout, no forced migrations
Enterprise AI Implementation
For larger organizations, deploying AI isn’t one decision: it’s dozens, across departments. We design and implement full-stack AI strategy end to end, with a dedicated team, not a self-serve dashboard.
- End-to-end AI strategy and rollout
- Custom model training on your data
- Dedicated implementation team, not a support ticket queue
AI-Powered Websites
Your website is often the first thing a customer sees before they ever call. We build new sites or upgrade existing ones with AI baked in, including a custom chatbot, so the site and your phone line run on the same trained intelligence.
- New AI-built sites or AI upgrades to what you already have
- Custom chatbot included, trained on the same business profile as your voice agent
- Built with AI-SPM in mind from day one, not bolted on after launch
AI Governance Assessment
Most organizations do not have an AI problem, they have an AI governance problem. Staff are already using AI tools nobody approved, on data nobody classified, under a policy nobody wrote. We audit how your organization actually uses AI, measure it against the framework your industry answers to, and give you the policy and controls to close the gap.
- Shadow AI discovery. What AI tools your people are genuinely using, including the ones procurement never saw and the browser extensions nobody logged
- Data exposure review. What company information is being pasted into third-party models, and which of those vendors retain it for training
- Your AI acceptable use policy reviewed, or written from scratch if there is not one, in language your staff will actually follow
- Approval workflow for new AI tools, so the next request has a route that is not simply no
- Accountability mapping: who signs off on AI decisions, who is answerable when one goes wrong, and who reviews them afterward
- Third-party and vendor AI risk, including the AI your suppliers have quietly added to products you already use
- Measured against NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, or the EU AI Act, whichever your customers and regulators will ask about
- You finish with a governance maturity rating, a prioritized gap analysis, and the policy documents themselves. Not just a score.
Go-Live Assurance
Most security reviews happen after the build, when every finding is expensive. We run four gates through the project instead. Planning, Design & Implementation, Deployment, and Go Live. Problems surface while they are still cheap to fix, and nothing reaches production unreviewed.
- A planning questionnaire determines which security activities are required, recommended, or not applicable for this specific project, with the reasoning recorded rather than asserted
- Findings aggregate across the whole project, not per-scan, so you see one picture instead of six reports
- A Go Live gate with dual sign-off, security and application owner, before anything reaches production
- Anything you choose to accept rather than fix goes on a risk register with an owner and an expiry date, so it comes back for review instead of being forgotten
- You finish with an evidence trail you can hand to a customer, an auditor, or your board
AI & Engineering Talent
Modernization does not end at go-live. Someone has to own the system afterward. We place the engineers who do, drawing on the IT staffing practice we have run for years. Lead with AI and data engineers; broader IT talent sits underneath when a program needs it.
- AI, ML, and data engineers placed directly into your team
- Broader IT talent, including developers, infrastructure and support, when a program needs depth
- Senior placements only. We don’t send juniors billed at senior rates.
- Contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement
How we work
We map your systems
Calls, chat, network, existing tools, and every AI system in use: we learn how your business actually runs before building or auditing anything.
We build or assess what you need
An AI-SPM assessment, a voice agent, a chatbot, or a full AI rollout, trained and configured for your business, not a template.
We connect it live
Your existing phone number, tools, and infrastructure, no rip-and-replace, no new hardware.
We tune as you grow
Real usage data and assessment findings feed back into the system, so everything gets sharper and safer the longer it runs.
Common questions
What does an AI-SPM assessment cost?
There is no tier list. A single scheduling integration and a multi-site modernization are not the same engagement. We quote on the number of systems in scope and what needs fixing once we’ve looked. What we do not do is open-ended time and materials, or a discovery phase that quietly becomes the project. You will have a firm number before anyone starts working, and it does not move without your sign-off. Assessment, build, and staffing can be bought separately or as one program.
How fast can we go live?
A single system, one phone line or one scheduling integration, goes live in days once we’ve mapped the workflow, not months. Multi-system modernization is scoped in phases so something is live early rather than everything landing at the end. AI-SPM assessments run on their own timeline depending on how many systems are in scope, and we give you that timeline before you commit.
Does this replace my front-desk staff?
No. It catches what your team cannot get to: overflow, after-hours, and the volume nobody can staff. Anything needing judgment goes to a person. If anything, our staffing practice exists because modernization tends to need more good people, not fewer.
What happens if the AI can’t handle a call?
It escalates. Every deployment is configured with clear handoff rules, so calls that need a real person (a complaint, an edge case, anything outside its training) get routed to your team instead of stuck in a loop.
Is my business’s data secure?
We designed it so there isn’t much to secure. Our voice agent answers on your existing number, passes what the caller needs to your team, and retains no customer or patient record afterward. Everything in transit is encrypted, nothing is pooled across clients, and for healthcare practices we operate as a business associate and will sign your BAA. Ask us for our data-handling sheet. Most AI vendors do not have one.
