Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
Technoor (“Technoor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI Security Posture Management (AI-SPM), AI voice agents, AI chatbots, AI agent integration, enterprise AI implementation, and AI-powered websites to businesses (each a “Client”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, whether you’re a Client, a Client’s customer whose call or message our systems handle, or a visitor to this website.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with Technoor:
- Contact and account information: name, work email, business name, and anything you tell us through our contact form or during onboarding.
- Call and voice data: when a Client deploys our AI voice agents, we process the audio and transcripts of calls handled by that deployment in order to answer, book, and follow up on the Client’s behalf.
- Chat and messaging data: conversations handled by a Client’s AI chatbot on their website, SMS, or messaging channels.
- AI-SPM assessment data: when we perform an AI security assessment, algorithmic audit, or AI risk & compliance evaluation, we may be given access to a Client’s AI models, configurations, logs, and related system information strictly to complete that engagement.
- Website usage data: standard technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through normal web server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the specific deployment or engagement a Client has purchased.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form and to follow up on service or sales requests.
- To produce AI-SPM assessment findings, reports, and recommendations for the Client that requested them.
- To monitor and maintain the security of our own systems and the systems we operate on a Client’s behalf.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. AI-SPM Assessments: Confidentiality of Findings
Information and access granted to us for the purpose of an AI security assessment, algorithmic audit, AI risk & compliance evaluation, or Responsible AI Assessment is used solely to complete that engagement. Assessment findings are shared only with the Client that commissioned the engagement, are not used to benchmark or disclose that Client’s practices to any other party, and are retained only as long as necessary to deliver the engagement and meet any agreed-upon retention terms.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our infrastructure (for example, cloud hosting, telephony, or messaging providers), under confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same or equivalent privacy commitments.
5. Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to Client deployment data and AI-SPM assessment data is limited to personnel who need it to deliver the relevant engagement. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but security is not an afterthought here. It is the discipline the business was built on, and we apply the same scrutiny to our own systems that we apply on behalf of Clients.
6. Data Retention
We retain call, chat, and assessment data for as long as needed to provide the relevant service, meet the retention terms agreed with a Client, or satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand aggregate site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If you are a customer of one of our Clients (for example, a caller whose conversation was handled by a Client’s voice agent), please also contact that business directly, as they control that relationship.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our services are not directed to children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and we encourage you to review this page periodically.
11. Contact Us
